COLLECTION GALLERY OF BOUNDARY MARKS @ JUPEM PERAK
PERAK, 6th April 2022 – Perak Survey and Mapping Department managed to collect the old boundary marks that was found in Perak. This collection has been named as “Collection Gallery of Boundary Marks” and it was inaugurated on 14 March 2022 corresponding to 11 Syaaban 1443 Hijra.
The inauguration of this ‘Gallery’ was completed by the Director of Survey and Mapping of Perak (current) Sr Kamil bin Ariffin where he himself proposed that this gallery be created for the purpose of storing part of JUPEM's treasures for public viewing.
There are nearly 20 types of unique and possibly hard to find boundary markers that have been compiled and replanted for public viewing, and placed outside the JUPEM Perak area.
